All Accessible Glass Bottom Boat coming to Silver Springs State Park

Paula Russo, tells local business and community leaders about plans for a new wheelchair and hearing aid accessible glass bottom boat 

at the December 18 breakfast meeting of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber & Economic Partnership.

Russo is a program administrator with the Florida State Parks Foundation, and says, “Local community support is critical to getting this boat built.”  

The Friends of Silver Springs State Park have made a commitment of $10,000 to help finance this wonderful project.
